How 45 minutes of mild exercise can f**k off the cancer?

Research found that People who are in some sort of physical activity whether it is running ,HIIT , weight training, aerobics, calisthenics ,etc. are less prone to life threatening problem of cancer.


You should start working out .In starting you will not be consistent but starting with only 10 minutes will be a great start.
If you are lazy type of guy you should start with simply walking for 10 minutes and gradually increase the time.

The researchers analyzed the physical activity habits of 600,000 American women and men, as well as cancer occurrence in every state. They concluded that the country could avoid over 46,000 cancer cases each year if people led more active lives. And this could be something as simple as walking 45 minutes every day.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SEDENTARY LIFESTYLE AND THE RISK OF CERTAIN CANCER:-

While observing the researches together, study found that being too much sedentary(sitting or leaning on the bed) increase the risk of three types of cancers:-colon cancer, lungs cancer and esophagus cancer.

Research also says that after taking account of age, gender and any chronic disease, it is found that most sedentary participants have more than 82% risk of premature death from cancer when compared from there counterparts of same age, gender and disease.

At last you don’t have to be a marathon runner or pro bodybuilder to consider yourself physically active. Walking at about 3 mph (or 20 minutes per mile) or doing surya namaskars  is considered moderate intensity. The American Cancer Society recommends that adults get at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity each week (or a combination of these). You can get in the recommended activity levels by just walking on your lunch break for 30 minutes, 5 days a week. This will be enough for your physically fitness.
